Airpura V600 Air Purifier

The Airpura V600 Air Purifier for chemicals is specially designed to remove VOCs, smoke and ash specific chemicals, airborne particles such as pet dander and pollen, and thousands of harmful chemicals released from common household products such as: PVC, vinyl, carpets, paint, heating fuels, ammonia, etc. as well as pesticides. With it’s 360° air distribution, the V600 model purifies the air in rooms up to 2000 sq. ft. with 2 air exchanges an hour (based on 8-foot ceilings).

Airpura features a unique pressure-sealed filter chamber which ensures that all particles drawn in are trapped and pass through the Multi-Stage Filtration Process. The Airpura V600 is equipped with three different filters:

The Pre-Filter is designed to help protect and extend the life of the Carbon filter and HEPA filter by trapping large particles. This pre-filter is cleanable and can be easily cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. It is recommended to replace every 12 months.

The Carbon Filter is equipped with 18 lbs. of enhanced activated carbon and is 570 square inches and 2 inches deep. Many standard carbon beds measure 1 inch or less. The deeper the bed the longer it takes for the air to pass through and the more chemicals can be absorbed. It is recommended to replace every 2 years, depending on use.

The Metal-Capped True HEPA Filter measures 40 sq. ft of media with 10 pleats per inch and removes up to 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns in size. It is recommended to replace every 3-5 years, depending on use.
