Vornado EV100 Whole Room Evaporative Humidifier

The Vornado EV100 Whole Room Evaporative Humidifier uses natural evaporation to create soothing humidification in spaces up to 300 square feet in size. Vortex action fan assists with natural evaporation to eliminate messy mist, and white dust other humidifiers can sometimes leave behind. Natural evaporation is also more effective at evenly humidifying entire spaces without creating mold or mildew problems. EV100 is equipped with a genuine Vornado® moisture wick, replacement of wicks should occur approximately every four to eight weeks depending on use.

Vornado’s Simple Tank™ system boasts an elongated and elegantly modern crystal-clear design. This innovative design is not only attractive but practical as well, as it lets you visibly see when it’s time to refill. The Simple Tank™ also features a 1-Gallon capacity with a 1-Gallon per day output & integrated carrying handle. The tank’s twist-to-lift lid makes emptying and refilling a breeze while also keeping water securely within the tank. Distilled or filtered water works best within the EV100. When hard water, mineral heavy water, or chemically softened water is used in Vornado® humidifiers, it can diminish the moisture wick over time. Genuine Vorndao® moisture wicks are recommended for use with the EV100 for best results.

Electronic push-button controls are simple to use and located at the top of the unit. Auto mode is activated with the power button and enables the unit to regulate fan speeds as necessary based on current humidity levels. The power button also lets you choose fan speeds (low or high) and, of course, power the unit on or off. The humidity button selects your humidity range between 40% and 60% relative humidity. The integrated humidistat monitors current humidity levels to help maintain peak performance. Continuous operation mode is also available for an uninterrupted humidification experience.

Controls are ideally located at the unit’s top along with the air outlet for optimal humidification.
